Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation engages in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of hydrogen fuel cell products, primarily for stationary power, backup power, and distributed generation applications.  Hydra delivers fuel cells and fuel cell systems under the HydraStax® brand, which are very price and feature competitive.

Hydra is currently a subsidiary of publicly traded American Security Resources Corporation (ARSC).  iVoice, Inc. (IVOI), also publicly traded, owns the American Security Capital Corporation subsidiary, which was established to provide financing and leasing options to customers of Hydra.  It is envisioned that A5 Laboratories, Inc. (AFLB), a publicly traded company, will own Hydra in the future.

A second fire side chat…

This fireside chat should update all shareholders of the three related publicly traded organizations.

  1. Let’s get these updates that, were promised and supposedly coming per last fireside chat #2 BY THE END OF MARCH 2013.

Many here would consider regular and timely efforts to keep all investors current on the developments concerning, ARSC, iVOI, AFLD. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO UPHOLD!

Don’t diminish the hopes of the long term investor with disappointing silence….
not at this point in time…let’s stay enthusiastic about the future of this company and it’s potential and make it happen!

  2. The area shown in this Oregon facility is a Prototype assembly area and possibly also a prototype test Laboratory. Most of the equipment shown is near state of the art equipment.

The unit used for the Florida and Texas test can be considered a Development Unit. The other air cooled and water cooled units being classified as improved prototype versions of the Hydrastax 5kw units .

This area is most likely where the Production Process procedures will be or could be developed. It is not capable of production of large quantities of fuel cell stacks or units.

It can be used to perform some of the Acceptance and performance tests. These tests would be done on a Pre-production unit prior to submission to and subjected to independant certification tests.

The presenter is seen in this Lab area in street clothes and is handling the materials with his bare hands. This is in my opinion not acceptable and does not meet minimum quality assurance standards under ISO 9000.

  3. It’s great to see the Oregon facility tour and the Air cooled 5KW fuel cell stack
Demonstration unit with Mr. Jim Twedt explaining.
I look forward to when the company can announce the completion of funding and Distribution issues and we can see the HYDRA FUEL rolling off the line in the not so distant future!

  4. Whatever happened to keeping everyone informed of news updates or
better still when there will be a fireside chat #2 ???????

We are approaching July 01, 2012….fireside chat #2 was to be at the end of May 2012.

Any thoughts as to when we hear some new updates?

  5. Uhhh…

Today we get fully loaded with information regarding whatever interests us with this fantastic Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation. Folks, grasp this chance by the horns, to upgrade your mind, and be part and member in today’s “Fireside Chat”!

    GO HYDRA

  6. As part of the “go forward plan”, this will be addressed. ARSC management reviewed this in light of the acquisition, or incubation of Hydra, and the “go forward plan” will address the reinstatement of ARSC in Nevada and did not cause a problem within the transaction (per lawyers on both sides of transaction).

  7. Ok, let us see what changed so far on this website. Currently there is no product information available. I wonder what the fact sheet shall be, that should become screened as of April 13th here. I have no idea. Several links don’t work yet also, but let us wait a little longer. Perhaps we get some further information this week. Some financial sites are linked under Investors topic including message boards on Yahoo and Investors Hub. That is ok, but not the need at first in my oppinion. A current business plan for public information available would be a much more interesting thing.

  8. Will become interesting to see what the next few weeks maybe offered to the Investor community. Long term shareholder of arsc and ivoi currently are extremely nervous about if the Hydrafuelcell Corporation is in stage and able to ramp up production of the Fuel Cell Stacks this year. Because a divident in Hydra shares may not hold an IPO stock price of estimated $0,08-0,16 that long, if there is no fundamental background of something what could be sold to somebody and generate revenues.

    • You have a valid point, I’m guessing that, management would be aware of
the concerns you’ve mentioned and have anticipated what actions they should take to address the matter of production of the fuel cell stacks and to generate revenue .

It would stabilize the IPO stock price ( $0.08-$0.16) possibly push the PPS
higher with more investors taking notice of the ongoing developments.

If handled properly, this company has enormous potential with it’s fuel cell technology.
